Start with intention. Before any healing session or personal practice, take a moment to set a clear intention for what you'd like to receive or release. This simple act of conscious focus can make the session feel more personal and grounded. I begin each session by discussing your intentions so the work is tailored to exactly where you are.
Combine different practices to find what works for you. Perhaps a weekly Reiki session to maintain energetic balance, complemented by a monthly sound bath for deeper release. My 90-minute Signature Energy Session combines three touch modalities — body rub, dermal, and fingertip — in one session, giving you a full-spectrum experience. The key is consistency and listening to your body's wisdom about what it needs.
